Acoma and Laguna are Pueblos an hour west of Albuquerque. They are steeped in history and culture that stretch into time immemorial. One of those cultural traditions is running. Acoma/Laguna Running Medicine is a small but tight knit community that is happy to have everyone and anyone come move with us during our seasons. Movement is medicine in many ways, for our mind, body, and spirit.
