Running Medicine believes in the power of community and movement to heal. We will continue to creatively, lovingly work to inspire both amidst the coronavirus pandemic. While this may look different in each of our RM communities, we will prioritize adherence to all public health, Tribal, and local ordinances meant to protect health and prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Join us for HIIT workouts Tuesday and Thursday's from 7-7:30am via Zoom. A great way to work on core strengthening and become a more well-rounded runner/walker! All abilities and ages welcomed!
